What to include in your message
To help us respond quickly and accurately, please include the following where relevant:
- Which tool you were using (for example, Compress PDF or PDF to Word)
- A description of the problem or unexpected behaviour
- Your browser and operating system (for example, Chrome on Windows 11 or Safari on iPhone)
- The file type you were working with, if relevant (you do not need to attach the file itself)
For feature suggestions, just describe what you need and how you would use it — the simpler the description, the better.
Response times
We aim to respond to all emails within two business days. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but we read every message we receive.
