Many online forms ask for two things at once: a width and height in pixels, and a file size under 20 KB. Type the width and height the form asks for, and the tool saves a JPG of 20 KB or less at exactly those pixels, at the best quality that fits.
Very large pixel sizes may not fit in 20 KB even at low quality. The tool then tells you the smallest size it can reach at those pixels, so you can lower the width and height or raise the limit. It never changes the pixels you asked for without telling you.
If the form only gives a file size, use Compress Image to 20 KB instead. It picks the pixel size for you.
Choose your image, type the width and height in pixels, leave the file size at 20 KB and press Resize Image. Download the JPG when it is ready.
