Extra foods your country requires
Each country sets its own allergen labelling rules. This preset follows Codex CXS 1-1985, the UN baseline many of them build on. Its core list is wheat, rye and barley, crustacea, egg, fish, peanut, milk, sesame, almond, cashew, hazelnut, pecan, pistachio, walnut, and sulphite at 10 mg/kg or more.
The food name, the ingredients list with each tagged allergen in bold, and a statement that starts with Contains. Add a date packed, a use by date and a net weight if you need them.
Switch on buckwheat, celery, oats, lupin, mustard, soy, Brazil nut, macadamia or pine nut if your national rules require them. If you are in the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, New Zealand or India, use that preset instead.
